2023-2024 Grassroots Training Series

CfJJ, in collaboration with the Juvenile Justice Reform Coalition, will be hosting a Grassroots Training Series to engage community partners, parents, young people, direct service workers and others in advocating for young people in Massachusetts. The interactive training series will empower your members, families and staff with knowledge on the basics of advocacy; Massachusetts' legislative and budget processes, as well as other forms of systemic advocacy. New trainings will be added throughout the year. Please join us!

Session 2: Influencing Legislators

Wednesday, May 31st from 3:30pm to 5:00pm

Have you considered meeting with an elected official, but weren't sure how to? Join us for this training which will cover the basics of meeting with legislators and other elected officials.  Join us for the second session in the grassroots training series where we will engage community partners, parents, young people, direct service workers and those doing grassroots work on Wednesday, May 31st from 3:30pm to 5:00pm.
